User Agreement

Welcome to Pivon. This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the Pivon mobile application and related services. Pivon is a pet album diary tool that allows users to create pet albums, record timeline memories, and manage pet information. By downloading, accessing, or using Pivon, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

Pivon is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to use this app. By using Pivon, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use the app.

2. Description of Services

Pivon provides users with the ability to:

• Create albums for different pets

• Record pet memories using a timeline format

• Add photos and stories to each album entry

• View and manage all recorded pet information

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to Pivon, including photos, pet information, and diary entries. By uploading content, you grant Pivon a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to store, display, and process your content solely for providing the app functionality.

You are solely responsible for your content. You agree not to upload or share content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations

• Infringes intellectual property rights

• Contains harmful, abusive, or offensive material

• Violates privacy or publicity rights of others

• Contains malware or harmful code

We reserve the right to remove content that violates this Agreement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

• Interfere with app functionality or servers

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data

• Upload content that may harm the platform or other users

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Pivon app, including but not limited to design, features, logos, and software, are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app without prior written permission.

6. Privacy

Your use of Pivon is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

7. Data and Content Storage

We strive to maintain your content, but we do not guarantee permanent storage. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important photos and records. We are not liable for loss of user content.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Pivon at any time if:

• You violate this Agreement

• Required by law

• The service is discontinued

You may stop using the app at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Pivon is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties regarding:

• Service availability

• Accuracy of content

• Data reliability

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruption arising from your use of the app.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
